We’d like to introduce you to BJ Cline, District Superintendent for Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation. BJ joined Cabot in the Susquehanna office last month where he is responsible for ensuring production goals are met, coordinating with Drilling, Completions and Midstream activities and maintaining a budget for lease operating expenses.BJ is from Wyoming County, West Virginia – not to be confused with the other Wyoming County in Pennsylvania – but now calls Nicholson home. We asked BJ some questions about his thoughts on working for Cabot so far:Q: What do you like about your position and working at Cabot? I enjoy being involved with the day-to-day activity and interacting with all of the employees.Q: What makes Cabot different from other companies you have worked with? The one thing that differentiates Cabot from the other large players is the nearly non-existent employee turnover.  Cabot has many of their employees stay with the company for 30+ years.  They are good to their employees and upper management has a personal relationship with all the employees.  They are a large company but realize that their employees are one of their largest assets. Also, Cabot takes care of the community. They have spent millions within the community and they care about the public.  I grew up around Southern WV and Cabot is well-known in that area for a great place to work.  It is an honor to work at a company like Cabot.Q: What do you like so far about the Susquehanna County community and the people of the region? I have not spent a lot of time in Susquehanna County but I’ve enjoyed the beautiful scenery thus far.  The community has a sense of warmth through out the historical towns.
