On March 23rd local business leaders, elected officials and health care specialists gathered to celebrate the progress in moving forward with the Endless Mountains Health Systems new hospital project and to learn how they are able to contribute.A new video highlighting the need for hospital was also premiered at the event:Dan Dinges, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cabot officially launched the Cabot/EMHS Community Match Fund with a $1 million check and an additional pledged $1 million in a dollar-for-dollar match.

Taking advantage of the match fund, the County Seat Tavern hosted a successful fundraising event earlier this month which brought in over $13,000. Diaz Enterprises and Somerset Regional Water Resources both made significant six-figure pledges to the Match Fund.

Coupled with various donations from other community members, over $250,000 has been raised, which means after the Match Fund over $500,000 will go to fund the clinic at the new hospital.The community has raised a substantial amount of money for the project in the past six weeks – but we still have ground to cover to secure the full $3 million potential.

All you have to do is make a contribution Cabot/EMHS Community Match Fund and watch your donation double!The hospital will provide an increase in the health care services provided to the community, but can only be realized with your help.
