Since 1911, International Women’s Day (IWD) has been globally recognized on March 8th to celebrate social, economic, and political achievements of women.   

This year’s IWD theme is Embrace Equity. We’d like to share what Coterra is doing to support equity and also offer a few resources to help you navigate this significant day. 

How We Celebrate IWD at Coterra

We encourage and support collaboration between women and men across all areas of our operations. It introduces diverse perspectives on the challenges facing our industry – creating more powerful teams to achieve results together.
