The WBRE Newsmakers series was created as a way to  focus on topics and groups of citizens from around the area on a monthly basis. The focus of the series ranges from topics (bullying, living with Alzheimer’s) and groups around the community(Wyoming Valley Art League). This month, Newsmakers put a spotlight on Marcellus Shale.
The segment featured John Augustine, III, the Community Outreach Manager for the Marcellus Shale Coalition; Mark Volk, President of Lackawanna College and Brian Oram, a Geologist and principle with B and F Environmental Consultants.
