Every Saturday Rusty Fender and Cabot’s very own external affairs coordinator Bill deRosiers host a morning radio show, called Shale Gas News, to discuss topics and news relevant to the natural gas industry and is heard every Saturday at 10 AM on 94.3 FM, 1510 AM and Sundays on YesFM.

For this week’s show Bill and Rusty we replayed a speech from Alex Epstein he gave at the Heartland Institute in August. Alex Epstein is a philosopher, energy expert, and the director of the Center for Industrial Progress (CIP) who authored the popular book “The Moral Case for Fossil Fuels.”

The show covered recent industry news including the recent EIA Annual Outlook release touting the U.S. as a major energy exporter, the possible export of LNG from the U.S. to Europe, and the PA DEP and their financial troubles.
