Bill & Rusty feature a video from Alex Epstein, author, energy advocate & philosopher, where he discusses the Shale cracker plant. Shell Chemical Appalachia’s massive, multi-billion dollar petrochemical plant (known as an ethane cracker) is located in Potter Township, Beaver County, about 30 miles northwest of Pittsburgh.
