In 2011, Cabot provided $25,000 to three volunteer fire companies in Susquehanna County toward the purchase of new equipment. With its portion of the $25,000, the Springville Volunteer Fire Company was able to update their radio communications – a vital tool used in every emergency situation. As the video demonstrates, mountains in Springville, Pennsylvania have made communication difficult for the fire company in past years.

Cabot believes in the power of a strong, independent community, and seeks to enable other service providers with the tools necessary to help Pennsylvania flourish.
